Yes they are! Too easy, but I think the banks will be crunching down on these in the near future like they are now with people wanting to buy a house. I get 100′s of applications in the mail and return them back with their postage telling them that I want to be removed from their mailing list. They pay for the postage here and back. I have one credit card and that is all you need.

Hi, not sure how you manage to get a credit card at this age unless it is supplementary card from your parents.
From where I am, it is not so easy to apply credit card as there are some requirements to meet. Your annual earning must be more than $40k if I remember correctly.
Pls be careful in your spending habit. Some people got out of control whenever they use credit card and it lead them to debt and more debts. Now, you won’t want that to happen rite? Be wise and spend carefully.
Take care,

I’m not surprised, credit can be a good thing if used properly, don’t get in over your head to the point where you can’t pay your bills, but also make use of credit to build your credit history, one day you will probably want to buy a car or a house, the better credit history and credit score you have the lower the interest rate you will pay and the less money you will pay for the loan, on a house it can mean tens of thousands of dollars in saved interest, for more information on building your credit read this article,

Credit is very easy to get.
However, the credit is not the problem. It’s the irresponsibility of the person who receives the credit that’s the problem.
Millions of people get credit every day and are responsible with it.
It’s time that we stop blaming someone else for our own stupid decisions.
People who run up massive credit card bills made the decision to do so. They made the decision to buy a bunch of that they did not need. They decided to incur more debt than they could pay. They decided to take out high interest loans and crazy mortgages to buy more house than then needed or could afford.
Just because you have been pre-approved for a credit card….does not mean you have to accept every card. It does not mean you have to max out every card.
The people that have a hard time getting financing…..should never have gotten financing in the first place. People with good credit ratings and history – have no trouble getting financing.
It’s time we all grew up and accepted responsibility for our own actions and decisions. Visa may have given you the card. But you are the one who decided to take it out of your wallet – charge up a bunch of junk and then not be able to pay the bill.

Yes it is too easy to get credit cards.
Your bank issued you a card because they think you’re an idiot. Most 18yr olds abuse their credit. Your bank wants to be on the gravy train.

They are much too easy. Many irresponsible people get them and can’t manage them well, unfortunately.

listen… credit cards are extremely easy to get at CardLister.com.. but keeping a good credit score is difficult. please be careful about how much money you spend each month, and try your best to pay your payments in full. If you think your credit score may have already started to go sour, sign up for one of our credit services.
