If you are worried about the USA spending money on the third world, I wouldn’t worry to much.the only thing the USA gives them are weapons and some old, molding food and then account that moneywise.

Obama is proposing that as part of his committment to the Socialist Organizations that he and William Ayers belong to. He also made this promise to his cousin in Kenya, Mr Odinga, who has promised to look out for his Kenyan family there with some of the money.

Under the guise of “fairness,” they redistribute wealth. Through regulations, taxation, disincentives to invest, they bring people down, lower their financial status and make them wards of the state. It’s “spreading the misery.” It’s nothing more than repackaged socialism.
The crowds who are growing are those that expect a free lunch. They either lack the ability or the the desire to work. They look forward to your total support.
Maybe if the poor countries had working stable economies they could afford to buy American products.
Wouldn’t it be nice to have some businesses trading products again instead of just sending bombs.
