So that's what happened. I just tossed those 'Policy Change' notifications in the garbage. Now I see what they were about. Bending over for the banks. Wonderful!

Dear Bankruptcy Attorney,

We respectfully disagree with you as do many reputable studies which found that success rates for "self-help" debt negotiation reduced credit card debt 70% of the time.

In addition, the FTC, suggest that Americans seek self-help when negotiating debt.

We respect your position but we don't agree with waiting for Legislation. We have to take matters into our own hands.

Best regards,

DEBT WARRIORS!

As someone who had witnessed several people go through bankruptcy I now how much pressure and stress life can be when you are barely getting buy. One of the main reasons I brought you Creditopics.com was to create a community where you can come and talk about your problems. You can talk to others just like you, see all the different options out there at your disposal and make the right decision. I am not telling you to file bankruptcy but like some of my friends that went that route it had giving them the new life that second change they wanted. Now with my help they are avoiding using credit to buy things they don't need, if you want it save the money and buy it with cash. Remember your not living life to be a slave to credit, in order to be really free is to learn how to control your impulses and really understand what money is. Money isn't bad it how we use it, remember if you have credit think of ways to leverage it and make money instead of using it to buy depreciating assets that you will sooner than later regret you bought.
